Blackberry pie filling, baking spices, oak, vanilla, and cedar provide rich and jammy flavors, while candied cranberries, spiced plums, chili flakes and dark chocolate round out the palate. Nimble Vineyard, located at 1,000 ft elevation, provides a large diurnal range between day and night, illustrating complexity and balance in the wines.
