Tasting Notes

Crisp white peach, strawberries and green apples mingle with hints of acacia and lime.  This dry rosé is delightfully refreshing and finishes with light grassy notes.  It’s the perfect pool partner or summertime sipper.

Winemaker Notes

“I am totally thrilled on how this Rosé of Primitivo turned out. The fruit went straight to a very light pressing and then was fermented and aged in stainless steel. It is a refreshing and delicious Rosé. Enjoy! Cheers!” – Tom Parmeson
